TEST ANALYST

Core Outcome Solutions Ltd are one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Manchester. We are looking for a high-performing Test Analyst to join our successful quality assurance team. Test analysts play a critical role in delivering high quality, perfectly functioning software, and web applications to customers.

Test analysts evaluate new and existing programs to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues. Test analysts are responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans, collaborate with software developers and project supports to determine project scope and requirements. Test analysts provide quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the software development and implementation process.

JOB DUTIES:

• Executes test cases under varying circumstances.

• Document and evaluate test results.

• Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches.

• Track defects and help troubleshoot errors.

• Review test procedures and develop test scripts.

• Partner with engineers to drive QA efforts.

SKILLS:

• Prior QA testing experience.

• Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired.

• High attention to detail and solid analytical skills.

• Proficient in test management software.

• Good working knowledge of programming languages.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organisation skills with the ability to maintain schedules and meet deadlines
